Admin touchpoints when the survey is live

1. Automated Reminders

While the survey is live, the tool automatically sends reminder emails every Monday and Thursday at 9 AM to employees who haven’t completed the survey.

2. Leadership Participation Summary

To help drive participation, the tool sends a participation summary email to all L1 leaders, Super-HRs, and Admins. This email includes:

• Overall org-level participation

• Individual participation rates for each L1 leader’s org

• Here you can find the template of the email.

3. Survey Extension

You can extend the survey only while it is in the "In Progress" state (i.e., before the scheduled end time). Here is how you can extend the survey.

Results Debrief

Once the survey ends and the report has been shared with the Engagement Admins, the People Excellence team will conduct a detailed debrief session with the founders and HR team. This includes:

• Explaining the survey results

• Identifying key focus areas

• Providing actionable recommendations

After the debrief, the team can share the report with the relevant managers.
