Why Confidential Surveys?
Organizations often face a difficult balance when running surveys:
Employees need psychological safety to share honest feedback.
HR teams need actionable insights to responsibly intervene when serious issues arise.
Until now, surveys operated with a single assumption of full anonymity. While this protects employee identity, it can limit the organization’s ability to:
Follow up on critical concerns
Address harassment or misconduct signals
Escalate high-risk situations
Provide targeted support where required
Confidential Surveys has been introduced to structured and transparent way to bridge this gap.
