How to Launch an eNPS Survey on PeopleCues

Step 1: Navigate to the Surveys Tab Go to the Surveys tab on the PeopleCues platform and click the Create Survey button.

Step 2: Select the eNPS Survey Template Under the Org Surveys category, select the eNPS Survey template, which appears highlighted in blue at the top-left corner.

Step 3: Choose the Audience Select the employees who should receive the survey. You have two options:

  • All Employees – Sends the survey to all users invited to the PeopleCues platform.

  • Upload a Custom User List – Upload a list of selected employees along with relevant demographic information. This is useful for excluding specific groups, such as new joiners or those in their notice period.

Make sure your organizational structure is accurate before proceeding. If the uploaded data shows any errors, refer to the relevant help documentation.

Click "Next Step" to continue.

Step 4: Review Survey Questions Review the pre-defined questions in the eNPS survey. Once done, click "Next Step" to proceed.

We recommend using the PeopleCues template for access to benchmarks, but you can still edit it to reflect your organization’s specific context. Click here to learn how to edit the eNPS template.

Step 5: Set Survey Details Provide a unique name for your survey to help differentiate it from others. Then, set the desired start date and time and end date and time for the survey.

Step 6: Final Preview and Schedule Review all survey details on the final screen. Once confirmed, click "Schedule" to launch the survey.

Note: You can still edit the survey configuration until it goes live.
