Available Customizations in Feedback Settings
1. Reminder Notifications Configure when reminder notifications for pending feedback requests should be sent. You can control both the day and time at which these reminders go out.
2. Feedback Customizations Manage key settings related to how feedback works within your organization, including:
Feedback points: Set or modify the points awarded for giving or receiving feedback.
Visibility settings: Decide who can view feedback (e.g., manager-only, peer-visible, public to the employee, etc.).
Anonymity settings: Enable or disable anonymous feedback based on your organization’s culture and comfort.
Permissions: Define who is allowed to raise feedback requests (employees, managers, admins, etc.).
3. Values Define and manage the organizational values that employees can tag when giving feedback. This helps reinforce value-based behaviors and strengthens culture alignment.
