Starring Objectives

The Starring Objectives feature allows you to mark important objectives for quick access and prioritization, similar to starring emails in Gmail. This is a personal productivity tool.

Why Star Objectives

• Run regular reviews: Quickly track progress on key objectives.

• Follow relevant OKRs: Monitor objectives owned by other teams or individuals.

• Prioritize focus areas: Highlight objectives that matter most to you.

How Starring Works

• Click on an objective to open the detailed view.

• Click the star icon on any objective to mark it as important.

• Add comments or notes to track follow-ups and discussions.

Re-star objectives at the start of each review cycle to maintain focus.

Tip: Starring is a personal setting. Starring an objective does not affect how it appears for other users.
