Fill Manager Review
A manager review is a critical component of the performance cycle. It enables managers to evaluate an employee’s achievements, strengths, and development areas through an objective and holistic lens. It also strengthens two-way communication by ensuring that feedback is constructive, transparent, and aligned with organizational expectations, helping drive employee growth and performance.
Steps for Filling Reviews:
Click the relevant category tab - Objectives, Competencies, Open Questions, or Final Summary.
Review the category details, including associated metrics and specifications.
Expand each section to view previous feedback, and responses from the reviewee and peers.
Provide your rating and comment (as applicable).
You can format your text and add links if needed.
Click Analyze Response to apply the SBI (Situation–Behavior–Impact) framework and refine your comments.
Repeat the process for all required categories.
Objective Review
View all approved objectives along with their details, progress, and weightage. As a manager, you can:
Give a rating for each objective.
Add comments on what went well and what could be improved.
How to complete the Objective Review:
Click More Details to view metrics, progress, and status.
Check the Check-ins tab for progress and the Activity tab for updates.
Review past feedback, then add your rating and comments.
Use Analyze Response to apply the SBI framework and refine your feedback.
Competency Review
This section lists all functional, behavioral or core competencies defined by your organization. As a manager, you can:
Provide a rating for each competency.
Add comments on what went well and what could be improved.
Open Questions
This section lists any open questions that are a part of the performance review process. As a manager, you can:
Provide a rating for each competency.
Add comments on what went well and what could be improved.
Final Ratings
Once all sections are complete:
Provide the overall performance rating.
Answer the overall performance summary question.
Use Analyze Response to apply the SBI framework and refine comments.
Recommend a promotion and provide justification. (If Applicable)
Answer the training needs question. (If Applicable)
