Fill Self Review
A self-review is a crucial part of the performance cycle. It allows employees to reflect on their accomplishments, challenges, and areas for improvement, fostering self-awareness. It also paves the way for two-way communication between employees and managers, ensuring feedback is balanced, transparent, and collaborative.
Steps for Filling Self Reviews
Click on the relevant category tab - Objectives, Competency, or Open Questions that you want to review.
Review the category details, including associated metrics and specifications.
Fill in your review by providing a rating and a comment (as applicable). You can format your text and add links if required.
Click on Analyse Response to apply the SBI framework, and update your comment based on the recommendations provided.
Repeat the process for each category.
Objective Review
All objectives submitted as part of the appraisal process are listed here. You can view each objective’s details, progress, and assigned weightage.
As part of the self-review, you are required to:
Provide a rating for each objective.
Add a comment addressing: What went well? What could have been improved? What future support is required?
To fill an Objective Review: Follow the steps outlined above and click on More Details to access detailed progress for each objective under the following tabs:
Check-ins: Displays all check-ins associated with the objective along with a progress graph.
Activity: Shows all updates and activities related to the objective.
Key Results: Lists the key results (if any) associated with the objective and their progress.
Competency Review
All competencies defined by your organization for the reviewee’s role are displayed here.
As part of the self-review, you are required to:
Provide a rating for each competency.
Add a comment addressing: How did you perform on this competency?
Open Questions
As part of the appraisal process, you may be required to respond to open-ended questions.
You are expected to:
Provide a comment for each open question.
Provide a rating, if required, for specific questions.
