When an objective is assigned to a user, a to-do titled 'Respond to the new objective added by {user name}' is automatically generated. The user can choose to accept or decline it.
2. Assigned Action Items
Similarly, when someone assigns you an action item, a to-do titled '{user name} assigned a task to you for an objective' is created.
3. Check-in Update Reminders
To-dos are generated to remind you to update your objectives based on the admin-defined cadence, which could be weekly, monthly, or on a set date. The task is titled 'Check-in for x of your objectives that are due'.
4. Direct Report's Objectives
If the manager approval flow is enabled, managers will also receive a to-do to approve or reject their direct reports' objectives.

A to-do is created when you're requested to give feedback to a colleague.
To-dos for Self Review
1. Select your Objectives
A task is created when a review cycle is announced, and you are supposed to select your objectives for the same.
2. Select your Additional Reviewers
If a review cycle includes peer feedback and users are expected to select their peers, they will receive a nudge to select "additional reviewers."
3. Fill your self-review form
Once the review process begins, employees will receive a to-do to complete their self-review form.

As a manager, you will be required to approve the objectives selected by your direct report.

Similarly, managers also receive a nudge to manage the peer selection for their direct reports.
