Communication

Slack is used for chat and broadcasts. Quick communication that needs no permanent documentation happens on Slack. No other tool, (with the exception of email) should be used for project related communication.

Project Management

Project management is handled on Monday. The project follows an agile framework, the latest state of which can always be found on Monday. Each story is estimated, with a clearly assigned owner, a link that reflects the latest state of design, plus a commenting thread that captures the discussion on it. Permanent communication on each story that might require documentation should be captured here.

Design

Figma is where all design work happens. Clarification on designs can happen on Figma through comments, within the context of actual designs.

Wiki

Gitbook is used as our Knowledge Wiki. The Wiki should never be a work in progress; it should reflect the most recent state of the project.

Collaborative Documentation

Documents and Sheets that require the team to work through collaboratively are kept in Google Drive. Documents that need no further iteration, but are permanent knowledge should be moved to the Permanent Wiki.
