Each Iteration is defined as a period of one week. Iteration Planning Meeting are composed of four components: 1st: Team members update the project board with short snippets of what happened last week (20 mins) 2nd: Team members look at what is planned for the upcoming week. They update the project board with new tasks and remove redundant ones. (20 mins)
3rd: The team brainstorms on the topics so that everyone is aligned on the new ideas for the upcoming week. (30 - 60 mins)

The daily stand-up is a short everyday update, ideally during start of the working day. Each team member should briefly provide the answers of the following three questions:
What has she accomplished since the last daily stand-up?
What is she is going to accomplish until the next stand-up?
What are the impediments that prevent her from accomplishing her tasks?
These meetings are intended to be an update on the progress of the project for the business leadership in order to help them plan business outcomes arising from the project.
In these meetings, the team looks back on the results accomplished over the preceding four weeks, and discusses what worked and what did not. Problems are called out and the team attempts to find a way to resolve them in the future. These are intended as team building and re-alignment exercises to improve the health of the team.
