Success Metrics

This page highlights our key metrics for the alpha and beta launch. Our success metric would be a reduction in time by 50% to perform the OKR process and thus improvement in productivity.

For the first quarter of launch, we want to understand and validate our design choices. We would be asking customer's feedback on the below 3 parameters on a scale of 5 and also do extensive user testing. [Understand how they use our product]

Is the tool simple and intuitive to use?

Did the tool improve visibility and accountability?

What is your biggest highlight of the tool?

What will you want to improve on the tool?

Also, we would keep a close eye on "engagement" metric i.e % of active users on a daily/weekly basis and average number of activities/user. The benchmark scores for the above metrics are: 1. % active users on a daily basis: This would depend on what stage of the OKR process is the company in. [Set up: 60%, manage: 30%, reflect: 70%]

2. Average number of activities/user: This would depend on what stage of the OKR process is the company in. [Set up: 3-5, manage: 2, reflect: 3-5]
