General Notifications:

  • We would be using a common email (xto10x OKR) to send email-notifications to all clients

  • How do we mark individual Notifications as read? Once user clicks on it

  • Notification triggers and receivers along with channel is captured in the table below (close any open questions on this):

Reminder Notifications:

  • Reminder notifications (regarding updating OKRs) will be sent to people who have at least one OKR assigned and not to every user

  • Reminders on updating OKRs are not customisable at an OKR level. Its customisable only at a user level.

  • A user can opt for weekly or monthly reminders

  • If a user opts for weekly reminders then he/she can choose a day. By default this day would be a Monday

  • If a user opts for monthly reminders then he/she can pick a date (1-28). By default this date would be the 25th of every month.

  • The default time to trigger reminders would be 10am.

  • We would have static content for email notifications for MVP

Non-MVP Notifications:

  • Past Due reminders

  • Quarter end; Moving OKRs reminders

  • Followed team/s OKRs and updates on subscribed teams

  • Updates on subscribed OKRs

  • Summary/ reports to be sent every month
