When creating a Key Result, the creator can define the visibility by clicking on the CTA placed in the right of the title text box and then selecting any of the visibility options.
Points to Note :
If the Objective created is Public then the Key Result can be Public, Protected or Custom.
If the Objective created is Protected then the Key Result can be Protected or Custom.
If the Objective is Custom then the Key Result can only be Custom.
