Accepting/Declining objectives
When an objective is assigned to someone, they would get an accept/reject option
When to accept an objective?
When you have problem solved on the "how's" and are fairly confident of achieving the objective
When you have got a commitment from relevant stakeholders on your dependencies
We urge users to have enough discussions and brain-storming to achieve the above said.
Accept/Reject Workflow
Once accepted, an objective can be regularly updated. It starts with 0% progress and Not-started.
Declining an objective takes it back to the assignor and it stops appearing in your "My objectives" view
We highly recommend leaving a comment when you are declining an objective.
